1. Introduction
Welcome to dominia (the "Platform"), operated by dominia ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of services
dominia provides a property management platform that enables users to manage properties, utilities, invoices, payments and tenant relationships. The Platform is available on web, iOS and Android.
3. User accounts
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Plans and payments
dominia offers Free, Pro and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Data and privacy
We process your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Platform settings.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. Data protection authority: ANSPDCP (Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing). For UK users, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is the relevant supervisory authority.
