This Privacy Policy describes how dominia ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data controller

3. Data collected

We collect: account information (name, email), property data (addresses, utilities), financial data (invoices, payments), usage data (logs, preferences) and technical data (IP address, browser type).

4. Purpose of processing

We process data to: provide Platform services, process payments, send notifications, improve the service and comply with legal obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Data sharing

We share data with: authentication providers (Auth0), payment processors (Stripe), hosting providers (Vercel, Render, Neon) and utility suppliers (at your request). We do not sell your personal data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us at contact@dominia.ro to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We retain account data for the duration of your account. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except for data required by law.

8. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption, secure authentication via Auth0, encrypted databases and regular security audits to protect your data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
